Guidelines for Tribute Selection

1 Tribute Selection: Choose a Tribute Package or A-La-Carte and supplement with Add-ons as needed. A register book or a register book
photo insert is included with each package.

2 Background Theme. Choose a Background Theme for packages 1,2,3 or 4. Prayer Card, Standard Bi-fold, Photo Tri-fold or Memorial Bi-fold

3 Religious / Memorial Icon. Choose a Religious / Memorial Icon for package 1 or 5, Religious Prayer Card or Memorial Tri-fold

4 Photos and Text Selection
--Scan your images at 300-600dpi. If you do not have a scanner, simply visit a: FedEx Office (Kinkos), CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, Staples,
Acme or Office Depot* store near you to scan your photos. Ask for .JPG format at 300 - 600 dpi saved to disc or thumb drive.
--Select text (Prayer / Tribute) from the JOL Library or create your own using Microsoft Word* and upload during the order submission process.
