Register Book Template
Introduction
The RB Template for MS Word 2007 is a Word based template to help you fill in the provided computer
imprint sheets (with header) in all the SMB (10 x 7) register books.
The template contains 13 pages. Forms 1-11 are formatted while forms 12 and 13 are unformatted.
To begin completing the form, simply open the Word Template (RB Template for MS Word 2007) and follow the
directions on the first page.
To Begin – Click “Review” – Protect Document
To Enter Information:
Go to a Form - Select desired Form below then CTRL+Click to go to form.
Enter Information - Select field (click on [Find Next Region I Can Edit] in the right column) or Tab to
“|Information|” and replace with desired content.
Repeat selecting fields until you complete filling the desired form or forms.
Proof - Test proof on regular paper prior to final printing.
Print - Review your printer manual for page orientation. Place register book inserts in printer drawer or
bypass tray and then print. You may print one page or multiple pages at a time. To print on insert with flap,
turn over flap then print.
